These are my suggested supplements and vitamins that I personally use or have used in the past (minus the women’s multivitamin). All of the product links below are to items sold at vitacost.com.
Be aware that the prices are in USD. However, even with the exchange rate and shipping to Canada ($9.99 standard, free if over $100 spent) most of these products are cheaper than what local stores offer.
Quality men’s multivitamin. You should be fine with just taking 1 of these per day.
Should do the trick. Chose the tablet form for the extra iron. If you have a hard time with tablets, there is a gel form available here, just be aware that there is much less iron present. Just like for the men’s, you should be good with just taking one of these per day.
Does the job and does it well. 80 servings.
Another option that works just as well as the above. This container has 200 servings though.
High quality omega-3s in capsule form. Each capsule contains 500mg of combined EPA/DHA.
If you’d like a bit more EPA/DHA in each gel, these come with 800mg combined per gel.
