Momentum instead of perfection.

That’s how strength, confidence, and progress actually carry into the new year — not by pushing harder, but by staying consistent.

I help adults between 30–50 rebuild their athleticism so they can feel strong, energized, and confident again.

Not “training for the sake of training”… but training so you can:

- Move without feeling stiff

- Feel capable in your body again

- Build strength that carries over to real life

- Keep up with work, family, and everything else

Most people I work with aren’t beginners — they’ve trained before.
They just don’t feel athletic the way they used to.

I didn’t always feel strong or confident in my bod I didn’t always feel strong or confident in my body.

Growing up, I was always fast and athletic… but also extremely skinny.
And honestly? I hated it.
I was self-conscious about my body, and I didn’t want to spend my life feeling weak or unsure of myself.

When I first started training at 18, it was in my friend’s dad’s basement with a bench and a pair of adjustable dumbbells. It took months before I even felt confident enough to walk into a public gym. And when I finally did, I made the same mistakes most people make…

I followed random workouts from people online.
I trained like a bodybuilder even though it didn’t match my goals.
I ignored my lower body for far too long.

All of that led to imbalances, injuries, and a lot of trial and error.

What changed everything was learning to train smarter and sticking to an actual plan.
I focused on a balanced approach, developed real structure, and learned how to train like an athlete instead of just chasing random workouts.

Over time, everything shifted.
I built my body from 135 lbs to a strong, capable 200 lbs.
I developed real strength, fixed imbalances, and built the athleticism I never had growing up.
And I’ve stayed consistent for over 15 years.

This journey is exactly why I’m passionate about helping adults between 30–50 rebuild their athleticism so they can feel strong, energized, and confident again.

Maano is a newly certified trainer who brings a ton of energy and a strong foundation in strength, speed, and plyometric training. Through her practicum and athletic background, she’s developed a supportive, motivating coaching style aimed at helping clients feel confident in the gym.

She’s available for sessions weekday mornings and all day on weekends, with a rate of $60 per hour.
