How does online coaching work?

Once you sign up, I’ll build a customized workout program based on your goals. You’ll access your workouts through a web browser and/or my coaching app and check in weekly for progress updates. If you choose a plan with meal plans or nutrition coaching, those will be delivered through the app as well.

What equipment do I need?

Your plan will be tailored to what you have access to! Whether you train at home or in a gym, I’ll create workouts that fit your setup. If you travel a lot I can also create “on the road” workouts as well.

What happens if I need to change my workouts?

Roughly every 6 weeks, you’ll receive a brand-new structured workout plan. However, I also make adjustments as needed between updates to ensure you’re progressing and avoiding plateaus.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No! My approach to nutrition is flexible. If you choose an option with meal guidance, you’ll receive structured meal plans that give you a clear framework while allowing for adjustments based on your preferences and lifestyle.

How is this different from just using a fitness app?

Many fitness apps give you generic workouts. My coaching is fully customized to your goals, training experience, and lifestyle—plus, you get real accountability and expert guidance.

How do check-ins work?

Once a week, I’ll review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. If you’re in the full coaching tier, you’ll also have in-app messaging for extra support throughout the week.

Can I cancel anytime?

Coaching is a month-to-month commitment. If you want to cancel, just let me know at least 10 days before your next billing cycle.
